If you work in customer service you can probably relate to this story. Dealing with the public is a special skill that requires patience and fortitude to restrain yourself. Often customers get irate, but rarely do they choose to physically express their anger, especially on an employee!
This incident supersedes having a bad 'case of the Mondays.' This woman learns not to screw with a staff member who is already having a bad day.
